Abstract: this research is purely based on optimizing the waste recycling process and regulating garbage collecting process. By proposing a new model for the recycling process we intend to promote recycling among small-scale collectors. A solution with best route suggestion, GPS tracking, vehicle management and payment handling will be one of the outcomes. The solution will mainly consist of a mobile application for regular customers and for usage of people while the web application is mainly focusing on the usage of recycling companies. Furthermore, the garbage collection process will be optimized further with suggestions of the people. An application where people can deal more closely with the collecting trucks will be the other outcome of the research
