Abstract: a system which will motivate people to do exercises is proposed in this paper. This system is connected and controlled using a mobile application with use of VR (Virtual Reality) technology to motivate people who got bored doing exercises. Application that organize the Workout plans dynamically on user’s preferences and priorities. In this research, we will introduce a VR game with this machine which has ability to customize the exercise in a way of what exactly the person’s need. Therefore, this research will help users to plan and manage their Workouts by avoiding the common workout planning mistakes and gives a motivation to the people who tend to exercise in home more intelligent and interactive way.
